One is only refunded 50% of the gorilla permit if sick the day before the trek. You must go to the park’s warden and park’s clinic where you will get a medical report that Gorilla Link Tours will present to Uganda Wildlife Authority headquarter offices. The refund may take long to be processed but it will surely come through.
