This savannah park is located in north eastern Uganda in Karenga and Kaabong district. It is far but worth it since it offers a variety. There are game drives, visiting the karangoroko hot springs, guided nature walks which all are suitable for a family travel.
Jinja is the perfect place for family’s looking for adventure since it offers activities like kayaking, quad biking, bungee jumping, horseback riding, paddle boarding and many more. Some of these have age limits however there is an option of a boat cruise to those who can’t engage in adrenaline activities.
UWEC is the perfect place for kids since it has almost all animals including the chimpanzees which have an age limit to see in their natural habitat. Other animals to see include lions, elephants, leopards, hyenas, zebras, otters, crocodiles and many more.
